Our Mission
We are committed to providing quality home health care aides to our clients
with physical disabilities. This will enable them to achieve control of
their lives and their home health care needs in an atmosphere of
independence.

How We Operate |
Unlike other agencies
that just send any aide to your home, we at In Home Personal Care
have a different philosophy:
- We encourage our clients to meet our
homecare aides first. This helps reduce "aide turnover" by allowing
both the client and the aide to determine with whom they feel most
comfortable working.
- We allow our clients to have
complete control of scheduling their homecare aides.
- We carefully pre-screen the
applicants and require them to complete a comprehensive training
program.
- If you prefer to keep your present
aides or nurse, you are welcome to refer them to us.

Our Nursing Supervisor can visit you at your
residence to prepare an assessment of your situation and tailor a plan of
care for your specific
needs.
